Read on to learn more about my approach to coaching and how I frame my work with private clients. This process allows you to recognize your belief systems, discover what's holding you back, and help you expand, gently, without bypassing your emotions or humanity.

How it works

  • We work together for 4 months, and have coaching sessions every other week.

  • Our coaching sessions are 60 minutes each via Zoom.

  • In between our sessions, you get unlimited access to me via a a fun walkie-talkie app called Voxer. We get to leave each other messages and voice notes and you can lean on me for support whenever you need it.

  • These sessions are completely tailored to you and your journey. We'll spend our first session getting clear on what your goals are for our time together and I'll help you take small, deliberate steps toward meeting those goals.

  • Plus, as a Private Client you get complimentary access to my signature online course, The Body Image Bridge, as well as invitations to other workshops and events including monthly Ebb & Flow art journaling sessions.
